                   4:00 PM Shotgun start

Format:     18-hole, 4-person scramble
                   Following the first nine holes will be a dinner, short remarks, and raffle drawings.
                   The final nine holes of glow golf will be played after dinner. 
                   A cash bar will be available.

Cost:         $400 per foursome
                   $100 per individual

Purpose

Proceeds of this event will support an experiential support fund that will assist students financially as they attend conferences and case challenges, take field trips around the country and world, and seek practicum and internship opportunities that may be beyond their financial means.  

Additionally, there are many components to creating and managing this event and students within the program support the organizational efforts in its creation. That process began with students in the Fall 2017 Sport Marketing class that conceptualized a marketing plan for the tournament.  Additionally, students in the Sales and Client Services course worked to sell sponsorships and engage the broader community.  Capping off the experience are the students of the Facility and Event Management course who will work to carry out the event vision and satisfy operational needs. It is truly a long-term experiential learning project seeking to support future experiential learning opportunities.
